For an enquiry to the cemetery administration, collect:
- the full name and any alternative spellings,
- birth and death years or complete life dates,
- the likely year of burial,
- any grave number, section, row or older paperwork,
- the registered holder’s name when enquiring about a family grave.
The cemetery is compact, yet dense planting and parallel paths make an unsupported search unnecessarily difficult. The information board and cemetery map identify landmarks but do not form a complete name index.

The central cemetery administration is not on the grounds. Send available details to friedhofsverwaltung@ba-ts.berlin.de or call (030) 90277-7784, -7786 or -7787. State Stubenrauchstraße Cemetery, Stubenrauchstraße 43–45, 12161 Berlin so the enquiry is not confused with another Schöneberg cemetery.
Legal and privacy limits may affect the information supplied. Do not expect an immediate answer at the gate; there is no documented permanently staffed visitor office on site.
