What the administration handles
Contact the office about grave and tenure rights, grave types, fees, burials, design rules, commercial vehicle access and the location of a grave not covered by the curated map. Have the name, life dates, cemetery name and any grave or contract references ready.
For grave enquiries, state Stubenrauchstraße Cemetery. The historic formal title “III. Städtischer Friedhof Berlin-Schöneberg” can help distinguish the site.
Accessible use of the columbarium
There is no permanent ramp to the upper columbarium level. A mobile ramp is operated using a Euro key. Assistance is scheduled on Mondays and Thursdays from 07:30 to 14:30; arrange an appointment for Tuesday, Wednesday or Friday. Discuss individual requirements with the administration in advance.
Burial appointment windows
District information schedules earth burials on Mondays from 09:00 to 13:00 and urn burials on Thursdays from 09:00 to 13:00. These are not general office or visitor hours, and every specific appointment still requires coordination.
